This is a beautiful license plate frame. However, in the state of Texas we cannot cover the name of the state on our vehicles so I had to put it on the front license plate. This will avoid a moving violation citation warning (or ticket). I asked a fellow parishioner who is in law enforcement so - following that advise the plate frame is on the front plate. Thanks
